  We ship to all over the Pakistan. All orders are shipped with TCS & Leopard Courier. Always free shipping for orders over 1,999 PKR. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

For perfumes with a volume of 10 ml or above, as well as attars with a volume of 5 ml and above, we gladly accept returns. Additionally, we extend our return policy to include watches. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to initiate a return within 15 days of receiving the product. Please note that the returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Our aim is to make your shopping experience with us as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, feel free to reach out to our customer service team. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
